Meet Susan I am a life-long resident of San Mateo County. I was born and raised in San Carlos and attended San Carlos schools. Over the years my husband and I have lived in Foster City, Burlingame and San Mateo before returning to San Carlos where we raised two sons who both attended San Carlos schools. I feel the Mid-Peninsula is a terrific place to live and a wonderful place to raise a family. Having worked in the textbook publishing industry prior to real estate, I have a background in both sales and marketing/advertising. I work well under pressure and deadlines, have excellent communication and negotiating skills, and outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail. I have well over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience plus a unique knowledge of the mid-Peninsula area. I have been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1998 and one of my greatest joys is helping families purchase their first home. Professional Affiliations & Designations:
In my spare time I enjoy baseball (Go Giants!), reading, cooking, golf, tennis, snorkeling, camping and fishing. I hold the family record for the biggest trout (much to my husband’s and sons’ chagrin). I also like home decorating and have lots of experience in remodeling. Besides my husband, sons and daughters-in-law, my other loves are my three cats, Junior (an Abyssinian), Mau (a Siamese) and Bonnie (a feral). I am also a sucker for helping stray and feral cats find homes.

Hello, I’m Sabrina – maybe you’ve seen me around town. For years I was a banker in downtown San Carlos. Perhaps you recognize me from school – I attended Brittan Acres and Central Middle School in San Carlos, Notre Dame in Belmont, Cañada College in Redwood City and graduated with my Business Marketing/Advertising degree from San Francisco State University. I am bilingual in Spanish & English.
I am fortunate to have lived on our beautiful peninsula all my life and appreciate all our community has to offer. Recently my husband Chris and I purchased our first home in Foster City, fixed it up ourselves and are thinking about starting our family soon. I look forward to what the future offers both for my life and the lives of my clients. What can I do for you?

I enjoy playing tennis, cooking, baking and fishing. I love walking on the beach no matter how cold our coast gets. In my spare time I knit, crochet, and dabble in art. I enjoy music, dancing with friends, collecting Art Deco era jewelry and have a passion for films, writing, and reading good books. The loves of my life include my husband, my parents, our extended family, my in-laws, my siblings and some of the best friends a girl could have. (Thank you!) I also love my cat and envy his lifestyle of nap, eat & play.
